Honda XL750 Transalp launched:
Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India (HMSI) has launched the XL750 Transalp in India. The Honda XL750 Transalp adventure tourer is priced at Rs 10,99,990 (ex-showroom, Gurgaon). Honda BigWing dealerships are currently taking bookings for the first batch of 100 units.
Honda XL750 Transalp is powered by a 755cc liquid-cooled parallel-twin engine , which makes 90bhp and 75Nm of torque, mated to a 6-speed gearbox. The cylinders use a Ni-SiC (Nickel-Silicon Carbide) coating to increase the engine’s efficiency. It is equipped with Showa 43mm SFF-CA™ upside-down (USD) front forks and rear shock operating through Pro-Link. Braking is handled by a dual 310mm wave discs with hydraulic 2-piston calipers at the front and a 256 mm single disc with 1-pot caliper at the rear with dual-channel ABS as standard.
Equipped With a 21-inch spokes front wheel and an 18-inch rear spokes wheel and with a 5.0-inch TFT panel, the XL750 Transalp provides riders with essential information, including a speedometer, tachometer, fuel gauge, gear-position indicator, consumption data, riding modes, engine parameters, and more. Electronic aids running via Throttle-By-Wire (TBW) system allow the rider to choose between 5 riding modes include Sport, Standard, Rain, Gravel and User.
The new Honda XL750 Transalp will be available in two colour options: Ross White and Matte Ballistic Black.
